AUDIENCE RESEARCH
PRIMARY = research you do yourself
SECONDARY = research that already exists. But this can come with a few complications, such as reliability.
What is your competition? what do your audience want.
QUANTITATIVE:
- statistical
- numerical
- normally done large scale
- closed questions
QUALITATIVE:
- more opinion based
- attitudes / beliefs
- done in interviews
- more smaller scale
- open questions
